# 이청득심

관계문제의 본질적인 해결책 가운데 하나로, 상대방의 말 속에 답이 있음을 알고 듣는 것으로 마음을 얻는다는 뜻이다. 상대방이 말을 하게 된 동기와 이유를 알고 그것을 존중하는 것, 지금 상대방이 내 입이 아니라 내 귀를 원하고 있다는 사실을 아는 것과 함께 제시된다. 말로 해결하려 하기보다 경청을 통해 상대의 내면을 이해하고 관계를 풀어가는 방향을 가리킨다. (출처-킹덤빌더스쿨교재 p.288)
