# 상징

사단과 악함을 나타내는 표지로 제시되며, 장대에 달린 놋뱀은 하나님을 원망하고 대적하는 사람의 마음에 가득한 마귀와 죽음을 의미하는 것으로 설명된다. 또한 죄가 되고 저주받으실 예수 그리스도와 인간의 타락한 실체를 드러내는 표상으로도 사용된다. 의학의 상징인 아스클레피오스의 지팡이도 함께 언급된다. (출처-킹덤빌더스쿨교재 p.105)
